Shipping & delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order ships free within the continental U.S. — the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. There are no freight surcharges at checkout. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are delivered within 20 business days of your order, and many arrive sooner. A few items are made to order; their product page states the lead time, which applies instead. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
How are large items delivered?
Saunas, cold plunges and other large items ship by freight carrier and are delivered curbside on a pallet. Before your order leaves the warehouse, we call and email you to coordinate delivery access, electrical readiness, scheduling, and what to check on arrival. The freight carrier then contacts you to set a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made on weekdays, usually in a 4-hour window, and someone needs to be there to inspect and sign.
Will the driver bring it inside?
Freight delivery is curbside. Please plan for help moving the boxes from the curb or driveway to the installation spot, and check stairs, gates and doorways against the dimensions listed on the product page.
What if my delivery arrives damaged?
Inspect your delivery before you sign. Note any damage to the cartons on the carrier's delivery receipt, and refuse the delivery if there is major damage through the packaging into the product. Report any damage, missing parts or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging and shipping label, and keep all packaging until we confirm the claim is closed. We arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Choosing a product
How do I know which product fits my space?
Each product listing includes detailed specifications and dimensions. If you'd like help, our team is happy to walk you through measurements and fit before you order.
Do saunas need special electrical work?
Many do. Electrical requirements vary by model and are listed in each product's Features and Specifications — larger infrared saunas often need a dedicated circuit, and traditional and hybrid saunas typically require 240V service. Please have a licensed electrician confirm your setup before delivery. We review the requirements with you on the pre-delivery call.

Returns & warranty
Can I return or cancel my order?
Returns: within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and uninstalled, in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies and you pay return shipping; for freight items the delivery freight we paid is also deducted, and we quote the total before the pickup is booked. Made-to-order items and final-sale equipment (stated on the product page) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Cancellations: free within 24 hours of ordering; after that we pass on any manufacturer cancellation charge, told to you first. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What warranty is included?
Warranty coverage is set by each manufacturer and varies by brand and product. Where a warranty applies, its terms are listed in the product's Specifications, and our Warranty page summarizes coverage by brand along with how to make a claim.
