Every order ships free — no surcharges at checkout. Saunas, cold plunges, and other large items are delivered curbside on a pallet by a freight carrier. Before your order leaves the warehouse, we call and email to coordinate delivery access, electrical readiness, scheduling, and what to check on arrival.
