Shipping & Delivery
Every order ships free — no surcharges at checkout. Saunas, cold plunges, and other large items are delivered curbside on a pallet by a freight carrier. Before your order leaves the warehouse, we call and email to coordinate delivery access, electrical readiness, scheduling, and what to check on arrival.
Returns & Warranty
30-day returns on most items, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items marked final sale or made to order above can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. See our Returns Policy for full details. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, its terms are listed in the product's Specifications and summarized on our Warranty page.
